BMI provides the very best songwriters, producers, publishers, A&R Executives, and other music professionals from the mainland that make up the majority of the KMF staff. The Hawaii members of the professional songwriting staff are recruited directly by the Festival Management.
For 2008, we have some awesome professionals returning from previous years as well as many new names and faces, with many more yet to be added. Here is the 2008 line-up so far...

Jason Blume - One of those rare individuals to ever achieve the distinction of having songs on the Country, Pop, and R&B charts all at the same time! Blume's songs appear on Grammy nominated albums that have sold more than 50 million copies and include artists such as The Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears.
