We are happy to announce that the Kaua'i Beach Resort (KBR) has joined us once again as a sponsor for 2012! And, they are offering a very good Group Rate for our attendees. Please click here for more details.
All workshops, concerts, and other KMF Conference activities will be held on-site at the KBR, just a few minutes from Lihue airport. So... you don't really need a rental car for Conference purposes. However, if you want, rental cars are available from all major rental car companies at the airport and should be reserved in advance.
Alternatively, the KBR has an airport shuttle service available... look for the KBR Courtesy Phone in the luggage area and call after gathering your luggage.
You can choose to attend the 4-day conference for only $150 OR you can choose to attend BOTH the conference AND the two evening concerts for only $175.
For reference, almost everyone chooses both. Remember, once you get here, concert tickets will be an additional $25 for one night or $40 for both nights, so it's best to get those concert tickets reserved now!
You can pay via PayPal using any major credit card.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Please be sure to specify quantities and, if you are registering for someone else or for more than one person, please send us the attendee name(s) using the "Add special instructions to the seller" area just under your name and address on the PayPal page before submitting your payment.
2) Nothing will be mailed to you in advance. You will receive a payment receipt directly from PayPal and your Attendee Badge and other materials will be waiting for you upon arrival at our Registration Desk.

Festival Cancellation, Change, and Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for attendee cancelation requests. Under no circumstances will the Festival be responsible for refunds for airline, hotel, or car reservations. The Festival reserves the right to change or cancel any speaker, instructor, performer or session without notice.
